Tenant Find – 5% (Inc VAT) of the annual rent
We market your property to our database of tenants and on all property portals. We carry out viewings on your behalf or at your convenience and do our best to find you the perfect family / individual for your property.
Rent Collection – 7% (Inc VAT) of the annual rent
Includes Tenant Find; In addition we will also collect your monthly rent and provide you with periodic statements.
Full Management – 9% (Inc VAT) of the annual rent
Includes Tenant Find & Rent Collection; We will also carry out checks on your property to make sure it is kept in good condition, repair when needed (repairs up to £50 will be carried out without the landlords consent, any repairs in excess of £50 will require permission first)
